After submitting an order to us, we will send you an order acknowledgement email stating that we have received your order, and details of the product you have ordered from us. However this is not a binding purchase agreement. A confirmation email will be sent to you when your order has been dispatched or in the event that you have selected the collect in Copenhagen showroom.
Collect in showroom orders can also be placed by telephone.
When placing an order for the first time, you may be offered the option to registered.
In the event prolonged inactivity causes your connection to the platform to fail, your selection of items in the shopping bag may be lost. In such case, you will be required to re-enter your selection. Please note that items in your shopping bag and on your wish list are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.
You can review your selection, check shipping address, contact information, the total price of your order and correct any input errors before submitting your order.
All prices of products on the platform are the price for the products only including Danish vat.
For delivery charges, if any, find out more about shipping, destinations, cost, and delivery times.
Please note that if you order from outside the EU, additional duties may be payable to your local tax authorities on receipt of your delivery. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. The total cost of your order will be the purchase price for the products and any additional services your order.

If the issuer of your card or payment method refuses to authorise payment we will not accept your order and will not be liable for any delay or non – delivery and we are not obliged to inform you of reason for the refusal
We are not responsible for any charges or other amounts, which may be applied, by your card issuer or bank or payment method provider as a result of processing your credit/debit card payment or of method of payment in accordance with your order.

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then we store your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Please note that all orders will require a signature on delivery.
If the first delivery attempt to your specified address fails, your order will be available to collect at the nearest Parcel pickup office or returned to us. Please follow the instructions provided by your Courier and contact our customer service if you require further information.
Our courier delivers from Monday to Friday during business days between 08 am – 16 am and on request between 17 pm – 21 pm, excluding public holidays within DK and your chosen shipping destination
When your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with your tracking number. If the package is damaged or the items are damaged when receiving the shipment, you must report this to the Courier Company that delivered your package, at the latest 2 days after receiving the package, then return the items to us immediately.

To minimize waste and lessen our impact on the environment, please note that your purchase might arrive in a slightly used parcel.
Our policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To complete your return, we require the that the item is returned in its original condition, accompanied by the original invoice, original packaging and security return/exchange label intact and attached to the item. Products that has been worn, altered, damaged will not be accepted. Tindi Reserves the right to refuse return of any product that does not meet the above return requirements.
Delivery charges are non-refundable. Returns are at your own expense.
Please note that we are not able to offer you refund or exchange on personalized altered items. Withdrawals, cancellations, changes on personalized, altered items are not accepted once an order has been placed.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver ´s original method payment
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: TINDI, Svanholmsvej 12 A KLD Frederiksberg C DK 1905.
How to return your purchase.
You have 2 options when returning your purchase.
1) Exchange service at our Copenhagen Atelier (only in Denmark)
Please schedule an appointment beforehand for returns at our Copenhagen Atelier. View the address below. For this option please contact our email@example.com
2) Send your purchase to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Please note that the package must be sent with distribution directly to the address above.
We, do not accept liability for Items returned by COD delivery, or packages sent to post offices/parcel shop for pick – up.
Note that we do not take responsibility for items lost in shipping back, therefor consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
You are also welcome to return your Item at our Atelier. This service is by appointment only.
